Pocono Raceway – Cole Custer won the pole position for the Pocono Green 250 at Pocono Raceway with a lap of 52.722.
The pole is Custer’s second of his career at Pocono Raceway. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver has one Top 5, two Top 10s and an average finish of 6th at the Tricky Triangle in Long Pond, PA.
Custer has two victories, six Top 5s, and seven Top10s through eleven races in the 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series, and currently sits 3rd in points. Today’s qualifying effort gives the 21 year old driver his fifth pole of the season.

Last week’s winner Tyler Reddick will move to the rear for today’s race after changing a transmission yesterday in practice after winning the opening practice and qualifying 6th today.
The Pocono Green 250 begins at 1pm est. today on FS1. The three stages end at 25, 50, and 100 laps for the 250 mile track at Pocono Raceway.
